Can I return my purchase?

You can exchange any item you purchased within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is in its original condition with the original packaging and all documentation. We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase at no extra cost.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

We offer free return shipping for all items exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. In addition, our policy covers most liability cases. For more information, please feel free to contact us.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Our typical production time for creating your order is between 10-14 business days, and shipping usually takes an additional 1-2 business days. Please note that some products may require a longer production time due to their complexity.

How do I know that the stones I received are genuine diamonds?

We send each diamond with a laboratory report made by independent gemologists. This way, you can compare the real qualities of your stone with its declared characteristics. You can also take our diamonds to a jeweler to verify their authenticity

What is the difference between lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds?

Lab-created diamonds and earth-created diamonds are the same. Even an expert jeweler cannot distinguish one from the other. The only difference is that one type of stone is made artificially, the other – naturally.

Can I pay extra to get a warranty on my items?

There is no need. All our items come with a lifetime warranty, at no extra cost.

How can I ensure that my purchase is delivered to me safely?

We insure every item we sell to ensure safe delivery to you.

Can I change the size of my ring if it doesn’t fit me?

All our standard rings can be resized (within the recommended range) one year after purchase.

What is lifetime warranty?

Our warranty includes two first ring cleanings and prong tightening, first ring sizing and first time rhodium plating. If damage is caused by neglect or normal wear and tear, we will repair the property.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship for free to the countries of the world. Please note that our international customers are responsible for any customs duty or tax required through customs clearance. Please note, all international orders are final sale.
